    For the past 5 years, it's been a smoothie containing a green (spinach/chard/collards/or kale) and several fruits.  For the liquid, I might use home grown & made apple cider or carrot juice.

    Right now it is probably cereals with lactose free cow milk and peanutbutter with wholewheat rye bread toast. And an apple.

  13. I like to use seasonal produce,so it changes. Green smoothie is always welcome. I also like mono meal of persimmon or applesauce (apples,cranberries and wild blueberries sweetened with dates). Anyway it's always fruit and maybe some greens for me in the morning. I always enjoy citrus juice when in season,which is now.

    My breakfast is always a fruit combo with juicy fruit. Like mandarine juice plus pineapple plus blackberries or strawberries 😀 or oranje juice with papaya (that is your recipe) I love it!! oranje juice, mango and papaya smoothie 😀 I love fruits!! Greetings!! 😀
