They are the best with amazing Vegan Ranch Dressing

    RECIPE:
    "Healthy Vegan Ranch Dip"
    Servings: 4

    Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of raw unsalted cashews
    1/2 cup water
1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
    1/2 Tablespoon of lemon juice
    1 teaspoon onion powder
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 teaspoons of dried dill
    1/2 teaspoon salt

    Steps:
    1. Soak your cashews in water for 6 hours, or if you're like me and remember you want to make this dip and it's a few hours from dinner, just soak them for 2 hours…minimum 1 hour.
    2. Drain the soaked cashews and rinse them with water.
    3. Now add them to the blender with the rest of the ingredients.
    4. Blend for a minute or so until smooth.
    5. Add additional water if needed, 1 Tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is found with the dip. Sometimes you have to add a little to the blender to get it going. This is also a good time to stop and check the flavor. See how it tastes to you, does it need a tiny bit more salt or dill or garlic powder? Adjust to fit your taste buds.
    6. Transfer the dip to a bowl and dip away!
    7. Store leftovers in the fridge in a covered container for up to 5 days.

  19. Michael R says:

Just as an outside opinion, stop trying to call vegetarian dishes like they are the real versions. Cauliflower wings? Since when did cauliflower grow wings? What is so wrong to just say buffalo cauliflower?

  20. I love her personality

  21. I've had buffalo cauliflower many times, I love it but it does not taste like chicken. But things don't have to taste like meat to be an alternative imo.

  22. Trader joes has pre made frozen cauliflower meals. I think it's cauliflower teriyaki or something? Too lazy to walk to my freezer and look. It's yummy though.

  23. rewatching all my favorites. this. Mac n cheese. carrot hotdogs.

  24. "There's always like 1 or 15 vegans that come to your house"

    LOL

Anyone who comes over for a meal and bitches about the options should be shown the door.

  25. Steven Merk says:

I like making these without the batter and roasting the cauliflower on high high heat then coat them in a vegan butter franks sauce
