Mini Butter Cake
Ingredients:
170 grams unsalted butter
170 grams fine Sugar/ or caster Sugar
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
180 grams plain flour/ or all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 tteaspoon salt
35 grams milk
Baking temperature: 180°C
Baking time: 20 minutes
Baking time may vary depending on the type and accuracy of your oven.
Tip:
To keep the cake staying soft and moist, wrap it up with plasic wrap or in a closed container.

michael, but this recipe, works the same way if I want increase the same recipe, I mean, IF I want, make a bigger loaf cake…so, can I duplicate, or triple recipe?????? it looks very very YUMMIE, and wish make for share with my children and wife!!!!!!!!!!!!
