Superfood Salad written recipe:

2 cups grated brussels sprouts
2 cups shredded kale
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 avocado, sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 small cucumbers, chopped
2 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
4 salmon filets, broiled
1. Combine all ingredients and divide between four salad bowls.
2. Top with your favorite dressing, if desired.

  13. Great combination, but definitely need some seasoning, maybe a simple dressing of lemon juice + olive oil a pinch of salt and pepper.
