    yikes, this looks like a scary unhealthy way to eat. The sugary fruit isn't balanced enough with other nutrients and the portions are not enough calories even for a child.

    Thank you for posting this video! So helpful to know what a raw vegan eats in a whole week. Many raw vegans do not put up what they eat in a week. They just want you to buy their book and find out for yourself lol. If we want this ethical, compassionate, and healthy way of living to spread, then raw vegans need to be a little less stingy. PS- Can one get their daily nutritional needs with these meals? Thank you again ! 🙂

    Hi! I really love your videos and how you share with others, who are willing to watch/listen to your experience. I'm also on the raw side since October 2014, with some periods of falling of the wagon :)) Also, I'm planning on experimenting outside of the 80/10/10 diet, like to add a little bit of salt into my diet and maybe some tea and such and see what results it will bring. 🙂

    I have a question regarding the Daily Green Boost, I'm also taking it almost daily, like Don Bennett recommends, in a smoothie, but I find the taste a little bit overpowering and also kind of tired of having to have a meal that must repeat daily so I can take the supplement, so I'm trying different methods to get it in, let's say… faster methods :))
    So, I was curious how do you take it exactly? Just taking a spoonful and swallowing it dry? Do you take it with water? Don't you find it sticking to your teeth/mouth?

I can only imagine how connected and in tune you feel. Along with this video, I also watched the one about constipation and thoroughly reviewed your food combining charts. I suffer from chronic constipation, unfortunately, so I'm going to do the best I can to follow through with all of your guidelines. I do feel a bit intimidated and overwhelmed with food combining (although your charts are very explanatory).   22. I am very glad you do these videos to show what you eat on any given day. I am in the process of switching to vegan and I find it inspiring to watch recipe videos but sometimes they aren't very practical for everyday eating.

    Wow, what is that, the all-sugar diet? How is it that you don't have pancreatitis? Orange juice is basically pure sugar. My friend has diabetes and he was putting OJ in his morning smoothie and his sugar went thru the roof. How is it that some people don't get diabetes on the almost all fruit diet? This isn't a criticism. I just know that they don't even serve fruit at Hippocrates because it feeds cancer and diabetes. So I'm really wondering.
